第237回通常例会(2018年10月6日)レポート
10月第一週の例会は当クラブ会長HSさんの司会により、準備・進行が行われました。
例会参加メンバーが９人で少人数の運営だったので、皆で力を合わせて乗り切った雰囲気が印象的でした。
準備を控えた４人のスピーカーは、それぞれのストーリーや思いが込められており、かつそのどれもが今後のコミュニケーションにおける成長が期待される素晴らしいものでした。
総合論評では特に役割説明時における「なぜその役割がトーストマスターズにおいて重要なのか？」という所でより焦点を置くことで、より意義を感じ深みのある例会へと改善されるだろうとアドバイスしました。
参加メンバーが少なくとも乗り越えられる自信を得られた裏で、やはり多くいた方が良いよねという意見が例会終了後にありました。それらを反映されたクラブ運営を期待します。
237th Regular Meeting (6 Oct 2018) Report
October’s first regular meeting was produced and presented by our club president HS.
It felt like accomplishment form our teamwork because all attendees were just nine members on that day.
Our four prepared speakers had each other’s stories or messages but also remarkable potentials to future communication skill growth.
At general evaluation, I advised that would be improved to a better and bolder meeting by putting emphasis on “Why those roles are important in Toastmasters?”, particularly when you are in role introduction.
There were both opinions of confidence to get things done by fewer members and need to have more members. I expect to lead our club reflected by these.
