216th Regular Meeting (16 December 2017) Report
The 216th regular meeting was the last meeting of this year, and it was so sparkling! With cute Christmas ornaments decorating the room, TM NM served as TMOD for the first time!! She changed the agenda to start from Japanese session, which went perfectly well!! In Table Topics session conducted by TM AF, we had impromptu speeches using the tips from the book “How to Deliver a TED Talk”. We learned simple and practical tips to be a better speaker. In English session, we had 2 prepared speeches of AC projects. As Omotesando Bilingual TMC has many new faces, those veterans’ speeches gave us great inspirations!
In 2017, we had a champion of Tall Tales Speech Contest in Japanese and also improvement in each member. We will keep growing with wonderful meetings next year!

第216回通常例会 (2017年12月16日) レポート
第216回、2017年最後となる例会は今年を締めくくる素晴らしい例会でした！
クリスマスらしく可愛い装飾がされた会場で、NMさんが初めてのTMODを務めました！当日の状況を見て日本語の部からの開始に変更するなど柔軟にアジェンダを変更し、例会は順調に進みました。テーブルトピックスではAFさんが著書『TEDトーク 世界最高のプレゼン術』よりスピーチやプレゼンに役立つヒントをお題にし、指名されたメンバーが即興スピーチで実践！英語の部では、表参道バイリンガルTMCは新しく入ったメンバーもたくさんいる中、ベテラン2人によるACプロジェクトの準備スピーチは圧巻でした。
今年の表参道TMCは、秋のほら話スピーチコンテストで日本語チャンピオンが誕生したことに加え、多くのメンバーの成長を感じる一年でした！来年も引き続き、楽しく、為になる例会を開催して参ります。
