221st Regular Meeting (3 March 2018) Report
This time, we interchanged language (Japanese and English) throughout the meeting,
as we had a special presentation about new education program “Pathways” by TM Arai.
A new member challenged his first speech. Both of 2 prepared speeches attracted the audience.
The Table Topic Master used props and assigned a member a task, which made the session exciting and fun.
Both evaluators were positive, insightful and helpful. Moreover, evaluators’ attitudes were empathetic and motivational.
Although it was more compact than usual, we had a superb quality meeting.

第221回通常例会（2018年3月3日）レポート
今回は後半に、新井さんよる新教育プログラム”パスウェイ”にかかるワークショップがある為、日本語・英語混合の変則的例会でした。
入会されたメンバーが初めてのスピーチに挑戦しました。２つのいずれの準備スピーチも聴衆を惹きつける内容でした。テーブルトピック（TT）マスターが小道具とタスクを設けたことで、TTセッションが刺激的で楽しいものになりました。
2人の論評者からのコメントはいずれも前向きで、鋭い洞察力に基づいた、有益なものでした。さらに論評者の姿勢は共感的で、スピーカーの意欲をさらにかき立てるものでした。
今回の例会は参加者が普段より少なめではありましたが、素晴らしいクオリティの例会でした。
