230th Regular Meeting (7 July 2018) Report
Omotesando Bilingual Toastmasters 230th was held on a lovely Saturday afternoon. We had triple special moments! One of them; the meeting was held on Tanabata day.
English Table Topics Master TM D.H prepared topics on “Tanabata” – meaningful wish questions made speakers exited including guests. Speakers had splendid speeches.
Another specialty; July 7th was the first regular meeting of Omotesando Bilingual TMC in 2018(in TMC calendar!). New board members prepared and helped each other.
Last specialty was surprise speeches from a new couple who are both from our club. TM E.I, one of them, got the first place among prepared speech presenters. How wonderful it is!
On the other hand, experienced TM M.N well managed role assignment and conducted the meeting.
Only one thing to regret, was the number of attendees of the meeting was not enough. There were many double roles. If we had more attendances, it would have been even better.

第230回通常例会(2018年7月7日)レポート
表参道バイリンガルトーストマスターズクラブ第２３０回目の例会が素敵な土曜の午後に行われました。
この日は３つの特別な出来事がありました。
まず一つ目は、七夕の日に例会が行われたこと。英語テーブルトピックスの部ではTM D.Hが七夕にちなんだトピックを準備し、意味ある質問をしてスピーカーを活気づけてくれました。ゲストを含めテーブルトピック(即興スピーチ)スピーカーたちは様々な”願い“を共有してくれました。
もう一つの特別なこと、それは７月７日が(TMCの暦で)表参道BTC ２０１８年度最初の例会になったことです。新役員は協力しながらの運営を始めました。
最後の特別なこと、それは我クラブから初のカップルが誕生し、彼らがそれぞれにサプライズのスピーチを披露してくれたことです。そのうちの1人、TM E.Iは見事準備スピーチの部で１位に輝いたのです。こんな素晴らしいことってあります？
一方で、もはやベテランとなったTMOD(司会) M.Nは、不測の事態をカバーした役割調整と例会の進行を見事にこなしてくれました。
一つ残念なのはメンバーの参加者が少なく、1人あたり2つ以上の役割が割り振られていたことです。メンバーの参加率がもっと高ければなお良い、というところです。
