Regular Meeting
今回は前半が英語、後半が日本語でした。英語の総合論評は通常は論評者(General Evaluator)を別に立てますが、進行役のToastmaster of the Day (TMOD)が行いましたが、指摘が非常に明確、かつ具体的でした。そのことで、後半の日本語の部で、早速改善することができました。時間管理が改善点です。時間が押しそうなときは、実施可能な時間で計画する、ということも選択肢かと思います。
TMOD made brilliant points during the English session, the first half as a general evaluator. Since his suggestions were practical and concrete, so that members could incorporated his suggestions at the following Japanese session. For further improvement, we should consider time management. Time, time, time. If the time table looked a bit pressed for time, then we can consider setting the length of entire meeting a bit longer.
