200回記念例会後の最初の例会ということで、１か月ぶりにホームの青山生涯学習館に戻ってきました。
5/20の例会は、”スピーチ5本”に”役員選挙”と盛りだくさんの内容でした！加えて、ゲストも大変多く、とても有意義な例会だったと思います。内容が盛りだくさんだったので、時間配分を心配していましたが、TMOD(司会)の巧みなコントロールで杞憂に終わりました。机の配置の仕方によって、スピーカーの舞台(特に横)が狭くなっていることが時々あるので、スピーカーを考慮した机の整列を心掛ける必要がありそうです。
来月の例会は6/3と6/17になりますので、お時間ある方は、是非来てください！
We had 5 speeches and an officer election at the meeting of 20th May. Adding that we had a lot of guests and the meeting was significant. Before the meeting, we concerned about the time schedule, but TMOD controlled the meeting very well. We sometimes couldn’t provide enough space for speakers due to table – arrangement, so that we have to arrange the tables considering how effective it is from the next meeting.
