第223回通常例会（2018年3月31日）レポート
特に良かった点
・役割を与えられたメンバーからの例会開始直前の出席不可の連絡に対し、TMODが迅速に対応していた。また、例会後半に行われたWSに時間を合わせるため、時間管理に特に配慮していた。
改善点
・テーブルトピックセッションが無かったため、例会でスピーチを行わなかったメンバーが数名いた。

Achievements of the day
The TMOD assigned the roles to available members, immediately after he got notifications from the assigned members that they would be unable to attend the session.
Also, the TMOD was very conscious of time management, in order to complete the Workshop session on time.
Points for further improvement
Some members did not have the chance to make speeches, because there was no table topic session.
